Delivery

We deliver FREE of charge to all UK mainland addresses and aim to deliver within 7 working days. Heavier items and deliveries to remote areas of the UK may take longer but we will advise you of any potential delays once your order has been received.

Confirmation will be sent to you when your order has left our warehouse and our couriers will then contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.

Please Note: Our FREE delivery service is driver only and will be to ground floor only. If you require delivery to an upper floor then please arrange for your own help or notify us in advance so that we can arrange for a 2 man courier service. There will be an extra charge for this service.

A signature will be required upon delivery. If your item is delivered with signs of damage you must write ‘DAMAGED’ on the delivery note. In signing for the item you are agreeing that the item has been delivered in perfect condition to the best of your knowledge and we may not be able to hold the courier responsible. You should ensure that your item is fully inspected as soon as possible after delivery and any damage is reported to us within 48 hours of receipt for a claim with the courier and replacement item to be offered. Where possible any damaged parts will be replaced free of charge in preference to collecting and replacing the complete item.

Failed Delivery: In the event of a failed delivery where the item is returned to us, then the customer will be responsible for the cost of the return carriage.

Specific Delivery Date Required: If you are unable to accept delivery on a particular day or you will be away please state this by email at the time of order. Failure to do this may result in us being unable to meet your specific delivery requirements and the delivery being returned (see failed delivery). Should you have any further delivery requirements please contact us as soon as possible after you place your order and we will do our best to accommodate them.

 

GOODS DELIVERED WITH FAULTS

Goods that are delivered damaged or faulty may be returned for a replacement or refund within 14 days of delivery. All the above conditions apply with the exception that you will not be charged for the return subject to our engineers inspecting and verifying that the item is faulty. You will then be issued with a refund, replacement or an alternative item, at your choice, following inspection of the returned item.
